Notarizing Your Signature

 

How it works:

  1. Bring your unsigned document and a valid ID.
  2. The Notary confirms your identity.
  3. You sign the document in front of the Notary.
  4. The Notary signs and stamps it.

What to Bring:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Unsigned document (do not sign in advance)

Certified True Copy of Document

 

How it works:

  1. Bring the original document and the copy. 
  2. We compare the copy to the original.
  3. We sign and stamp the copy as “Certified True Copy.”
  4. You receive the certified copy.

What to Bring:

  • Original document
  • Photocopy of the original document

Certified an Original Document

 

How it works:

  1. Bring the original document.
  2. We review it to ensure it is an original.
  3. We certify and stamp that it is an original document.

 

What to Bring:

  • Original document.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID may be required if the document is personal, sensitive, or you are submitting it on behalf of someone else.

Certified True Copy of Digital Document

 

How it works:

  1. Bring the digital file and the printed copy.
  2. We compare the copy with the original digital document.
  3. We sign, stamp, and scan it into a certified PDF.
  4. You receive the certified copy as a PDF.

  • Electronic device with a digital file

  • Printed copy

Affidavits

 

How it works:

 

  1. Bring your completed but unsigned Affidavit and valid ID.

  2. We verifies your identity.

  3. You swear or affirm the statement’s truth and sign in front of the Notary.

  4. We sign and stamp it.

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Completed (but unsigned) Affidavit

How it works:

  2. We confirms your identity.
  3. You declare that the contents are true and sign before the Notary.
  4. We sign and stamp it.

  2. We confirm your identity.

  3. You sign in front of the Notary.
