We collect only the information necessary to perform notarial and related administrative services.

  • Identification documents (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

  • Signatures (electronic or handwritten)

(B) Document Information

  • Copies of documents you request to have notarized, commissioned, or certified

  • Information contained within those documents

(C) Remote Notarization Data

For remote commissioning, we may collect:

  • Video recordings (where required)

  • Audio recordings

  • Screenshots or ID verification images

  • System-generated logs (timestamps, IP address, verification attempts)

  • Platform metadata (device type, browser, connection logs)

(D) Payment Information

We do not store complete credit card numbers.
Payments are processed by secure third-party platforms (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.).

Our website may collect:

3. Purpose of Collection

Retention period: 7 years unless otherwise required.

(C) Document Copies

Copies of client documents are retained only as long as necessary, then securely destroyed.
