How to Book a Mobile Notary Appointment

 

  1. Submit Your Appointment Request
    Please fill out the appointment form below with all required details. At this stage, no payment is needed.

  2. We Calculate the Applicable Fees
    Based on your information, we will calculate the charges, including:

    • Base mobile fee ($50)

    • Area-based travel fee

    • Notarial service fees

    • 10% discount (if you have 10 or more signatures)

    • HST

  3. Receive Your Engagement Letter
    We will email you an itemized fee breakdown along with your Engagement Letter.

  4. Sign and Return the Engagement Letter
    Your booking is confirmed once you digitally sign the Engagement Letter and email it back to us.
