How to Book an Online Notary Appointment

1. Book Your Appointment & Make Payment
   Please book your online notary appointment using the form below and complete the payment.
   We accept credit cards and PayPal.

2. Upload Documents for Review (Before Your Appointment)
   During the booking process, please upload the document(s) that require notarization in the Details section.
   These documents are uploaded for review only, so the Notary can examine them in advance of your appointment.

3. Create Your Client Portal Account
   After completing your booking, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you can create your secure client portal account.
   Please enter your name, email address, and password to complete registration.
   **The email address must be the same email used when booking your appointment.

4. Attend Your Video Call with the Notary
   At the scheduled time, you will meet with the Notary via a secure video call.
   During the call, you will sign the required document(s) on paper as instructed by the Notary.

5. Upload Your Signed Document
   After the video call, please scan or take a clear photo of the document(s) you personally signed.
   Upload them via the “Upload Your Signed Document” page.

6. Receive Your Notarized Documents
   Once the commissioning process is completed, the Notary will digitally notarize your document(s).
   The final notarized version will be uploaded to your client portal.

7. Download Availability
   Your notarized document(s) will be available for download in your client portal for one (1) year from the upload date.
