BRAVO NOTARY SERVICES – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by BRAVO NOTARY SERVICES (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking an appointment or submitting documents for notarization or commissioning, the client (“you”) agrees to this Policy.


1. General Rules

  • All fees for notarization, commissioning, and related services are non-refundable once the client has signed the document, whether in person or remotely.

  • Remote commissioning appointments require full prepayment before the session.

  • Payment confirms your request for service and the allocation of our time.


2. Refunds Due to Notary/Commissioner Error

A refund or a complimentary re-signing will be offered only when the error is caused by the Notary/Commissioner.

Eligible examples include:

  1. Incorrect information entered by the Notary (e.g., date, name, title).

  2. Missing Notary/Commissioner signature, seal, or stamp.

  3. Failure to properly administer an oath, affirmation, or declaration (when required).

  4. Failure to follow required notarial procedures that results in document rejection.

Important:
You must provide evidence of the rejection notice or a specific reason from the receiving institution.


3. Non-Refundable Situations (Client Responsibility)

Refunds are not provided when the issue results from client-side errors, including:

  • Errors or omissions in the content of the document.

  • Uploading or providing the wrong document.

  • Failing to verify whether the receiving institution accepts:

    • Remote commissioning

    • Electronic signatures

    • Digital copies

  • Submitting incomplete, unsigned, or incorrect documents.

  • Requesting notarization for documents outside our permitted scope.

  • Late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees (covered under the Cancellation & No-Show Policy).


4. Remote Commissioning / Technical Issues

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Poor internet connection on the client side.

  • Device malfunction (camera, microphone, ID not readable).

  • Failure to complete identity verification due to client error.

  • Client inability to access or operate the video platform.

If the technical issue originates on our side, we will reschedule at no extra charge.


5. Rejection by a Third Party

We are not responsible for a receiving organization’s refusal to accept a document—notary acts do not guarantee approval.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Rejection due to document content.

  • Rejection because the organization does not accept remote commissioned documents.

  • Rejection for reasons unrelated to the notarial act itself.


6. Additional Costs

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Printing fees

  • Courier or mailing costs

  • Travel or mobile service fees (if the Notary has already departed)

  • Convenience or transaction fees


7. How Refunds Are Issued

When eligible:

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
